Festival Overview
The EPCOT food and wine festival has been a top food festival in America since 1996. The festival extends throughout EPCOT's World Showcase and Future World, presenting foodies with an opportunity to taste culinary delights from six continents and beyond.
Marketplace Food Booths
Food kiosks at the international marketplace open at 11:00 a.m. every festival day. Each booth features regional delicacies and suggested beer, wine, or cocktail pairings. Prices for tapas-sized servings range around $4-$8.
Pro Tip: To avoid long queues, plan your weekday visit and arrive at the opening time (11:00 a.m.). Check out the menus for each kiosk beforehand and pace your visit. Remember to enjoy the entertainment offered at individual pavilions!
Each marketplace offers a complimentary Marketplace Discovery Passport. This passport gets stamped at each marketplace you visit, making for a great souvenir. The EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival also offers a mini Disney Gift Card, a convenient way to carry your money and pay for your purchases.
Special Events
A festival highlight would be the Eat to the Beat Concert Series and other special events. The America Gardens Theatre, located in the World Showcase, is the site of live performances by beloved musical artists in this series. Remy's Ratatouille Hide & Squeak
Come along with Remy as he explores the World Showcase in search of ingredients for his ratatouille, his hallmark dish. Find the sculptures using the World Showcase map, then put a sticker on your spot to prove it and win a reward.
Emile's Fromage Montage
Inventive cheeses prepared in creative ways are available for guests to enjoy. Find participating Global Marketplaces in the Festival Passport and buy five cheese plates. Bring your completed Festival Passport to Shimmering Sips with all five stamps for a chance to win a special reward that is only available during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
Other Foodie Events
Other foodie events, such as the Annual Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic, occur during the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. This event showcases a passion for food and beverage with beverage seminars and great food.
Note: EPCOT park usually remains open until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights during the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. The fireworks also move to an hour later, at 10:00 p.m. instead of 9:00 p.m.
