Shipping and Returns Policy


Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Weekend orders are processed the next business day.

Confirmation emails will be sent when order is received.


KWÄF offers the following options for international shipping:UPS International economy: 14-21 business days (not including delays caused by national customs offices). **Please note: these packages will be delivered by your National Post Office and not UPS.**

Please note: All international orders are subject to customs and duties fees, which may be significant. The recipient is responsible for paying any and all incurred fees prior to delivery of the item. We recommend prepaying duties and taxes if your country allows it. We cannot issue refunds for failure to pay duties and taxes.


If you purchased a KWÄF product directly from and are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the shipping date.

To initiate a return, please request a return authorization (RA) number from KWÄF Customer Service. KWÄF will reimburse you for the purchase price of the returned products no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the receipt of the returned products. (Please note: KWÄF cannot reimburse for original shipping paid, return shipping charges and taxes.)

Refunds will only be issued for items returned (i) in their original condition and (ii) including all original packaging and accessories. KWÄF is not responsible for return items which become lost in transit.

If you purchased your KWÄF product from a retailer or received it as a gift, the item must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy information.


Orders that ship in accordance with KWÄF’s shipping policy may be cancelled before delivery of the order is confirmed. If necessary, these orders will be provided a return shipping label to mail back to KWÄF.

KWÄF warrants that all products sold through will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. We will, at our option, replace any product that fails to comply with this warranty under normal use and following KWÄF care instructions. KWÄF may require presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify purchase date.

KWÄF’s warranty does NOT cover products that have a removed, altered, or defaced “original sales sticker” or UPC number.

KWÄF’s website maintains an up-to-date list of Authorized Retailers both online and store-front retailers. Please review this list before purchasing. Any seller not on this list will not be an authorized retailer and no warranty from KWÄF will cover products sold through these sellers.

If you experience problems with a product purchased from, please contact Customer Service. Upon confirmation and approval of your warranty claim, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the product.
